Job Description:

We are looking for individuals with executive level administrative expertise. This candidate must have strong strategic management skills in order to expand and develop our program to its full potential.

Responsibilities and Duties:

This position is responsible for operating the substance abuse program of our Columbus office by achieving the goals and objectives set for their office. This position requires a strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance, financial viability, CARF, Ohio-MHAS, and Medicaid. This candidate will manage, supervise and motivate our employees, nurture staff relations, and promote a well balanced and enthusiastic company culture.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements

  • Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDI) licensure and clinical training or verifiable experience required
  • A master’s degree is preferred
  • Values and promotes a team approach
  • Demonstrates high competency in problem-solving
  • Excellent and effective communicator
  • Able to coordinate and collaborate with the corporate office, executive leadership team, referral sources, and community stakeholders.
