Job Description:

This position requires skills in planning, organizing, and delivering of client care, gained through a combination of professional experience and education. This position requires excellent written and communication skills, understanding of the collaborative nature of the position, knowledge of general software use an interface and demonstrated effectiveness in managing time and resources.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Typical services provided are Diagnostic Assessment, Treatment Plan Development, Review, and Modification, and Maintenance of Referral Database.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements.

  • Must be able to travel domestically.

This position requires at least one of the following:

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
